iScooter provides a limited warranty on all electric scooters.

Warranty Coverage

  • 1‑year warranty for:

    • Battery

    • Electric motor

  • 30‑day warranty for:

    • Frame components

    • Mechanical parts

    • Accessories included in the box

Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage from accidents or falls

  • Water damage beyond the product’s IP rating

  • Damage from misuse or reckless riding

  • Normal wear and tear (tyres, brake pads, grips)

  • Modifications or unauthorised repairs

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact: support@iscooter.sbs

  2. Provide photos/videos + order number

  3. Our team will evaluate and provide repair, replacement, or return instructions

  4. If a return is required, send the item to our refurb centre at the address provided
